Brilliant and true: "As an entrepreneur, you suddenly become responsible for every minute of your workday. I was the accountant, struggling to make sense of tax forms. I was the sales team, cold-calling potential clients with sweaty palms. I was the IT department, battling website crashes at midnight. And yes, I was still the integrator, trying to maintain creativity while drowning in administrative tasks.

Entrepreneurship is as much about resilience as it is about business acumen. Each setback, sleepless night, and moment of doubt taught me something valuable. I learned to manage my time better, set realistic expectations, and value my work appropriately." And after nearly 30 years of working full time (with the first few while I was still working through my university), I am unwinding my whole business and am retiring. This article speaks truth to the process. I hope you get a lot of reads!
